Person-Centred Therapy

I work from a biopsychosocial framework that recognises the complex interplay between biological, psychological, and social factors in shaping wellbeing.

My experience has been grounded in community-based settings, including working alongside people in their homes and everyday environments. This has given me a deep appreciation for the real-world contexts in which challenges arise, and the importance of tailoring support to each individual’s unique circumstances.

I take a collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy. I believe that meaningful change happens within a strong therapeutic relationship, and I place a dedicated focus on building trust, rapport, and a safe space where clients feel heard and understood.

In our work together, I aim to support you in making sense of your experiences, identifying your strengths, and developing practical strategies that align with your goals and values.

I offer telehealth sessions, providing flexible and accessible psychological support from the comfort of your own space. Telehealth can be particularly beneficial if you:

  • Prefer the convenience of attending sessions from home

  • Have a busy schedule or limited access to in-person services

  • Feel more comfortable engaging in therapy in a familiar environment

My experience working in community and home-based settings translates naturally to telehealth, where understanding your environment and day-to-day context remains an important part of the work we do together.
